The document scans & faxes received on DocuPro Limited secure
servers are encrypted and downloaded. The files are then
decrypted and distributed to transcriptionists. The positives
and strengths (skill-based assignment) of each transcriptionist
is considered when deciding on which specialty/doctor is being
assigned to the transcriptionist so as to bring out the best in
accuracy and deliverability from them.

are then picked up by first level proof readers, who are more
